He holds a B.Sc in Estate Management from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State. Graduating top of his class, he also served as a one-time president of Estate Management Students Association (EMSA-Unizik) where he built leadership capabilities. He began his training with Utchay Okorji Associates and he is currently building specialty and competences in Valuation, Feasibility/Viability Appraisals and Real Estate Agency. He is skilled in field data collection/coalition, valuation inspections, market survey, data analysis/presentation, reporting/delivery, negotiation and sales. He is a Graduate Member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
