An Estate Surveyor Valuer who holds a B.Sc in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka graduating amongst top 3 of his class and often regarded as the most versatile person in his set because of his great dominance in nearly every facets of life. He began his training with Utchay Okorji Associates and currently building his specialty in Business Development, Bid and Proposal Management, Real Estate Investment Advisory and Appraisal with 7+ years experience in all aspects of the real estate practice. He currently leads the Lagos team of UOA. Ogochuku brings to all of his activities energy, enthusiasm, and commitment, be it in the technical analysis of property value, the critical assessment of feasibility and viability, or the skilled routines needed to keep facilities managed following best practices with emerging technologies. He consistently strives to deliver high-quality services when consulted, this speaks to his overall intellect and ability to learn, and attributes that will make him fit in any capacity and environment. He is a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). His deep-rooted spirit of excellence coupled with his quick grasp of subject matter, speaks well to his forte as a Scholar and a Professional. On the flip side, he is a strong football fanatic and interested in contemporary gospel music.
